Founder & IT Specialist

I’m Jussi, the founder of IT-Tuumaus Oy and an IT professional with nearly 20 years of experience. My journey in technology has taken me through many roles: from technical specialist to solution owner, from team lead to trainer and eventually to entrepreneur. My path into entrepreneurship was driven by the desire to do things in a way that feels true to me: calmly, clearly and by truly listening to people. 

Over the years, I have seen how technology has become an essential everyday tool but also a source of stress for many. I wanted to create a service where clients do not need to understand the technical world in detail. It is enough that they describe their situation in their own words and I take care of the rest. My goal is to offer an alternative: IT services that are approachable, reliable and genuinely make everyday life easier. 

My working style is practical and easy to understand. Whether it is computer maintenance, mobile device guidance, a small business Microsoft 365 environment or improving cybersecurity, I approach every task with the same principle: work is done carefully, clearly and with respect for the client’s needs. 

Family plays an important role in my life. At home, I am welcomed by my wife and two wonderful children, who remind me every day why I want to help build safe and functional everyday lives for others as well. In my free time, I relax through golf, disc golf, jogging and spending time with good friends. 

IT-Tuumaus is more than a company to me. It is a way to combine years of experience, a genuine desire to help and a human-centered approach to work. I believe that technology does not need to be complicated but instead when implemented properly, it should simply work.
